Health Benefits
We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits to team members & their dependents, as well as HSA contributions for qualifying medical plans.
401k Matching Program
TextUs will match dollar for dollar up to 3% of your paycheck. From there, we match $0.50 for every dollar contributed for an additional 2% of your paycheck. If you contribute 5%, we match 4%.
Unlimited PTO
We believe in taking time off for yourself to empower you to be the best teammate and best version of yourself. With manager approval, our team members are able to take the time off they need throughout the year.
TextUs Holidays
We observe all 12 Federal holidays as well as take the last week of the year to “shut down” our laptops to unwind and gear up for the next year!
Work From Home (WFH) Stipend
Team members receive a $1,000 WFH Stipend once they have been with the company for six months to reimburse them for any additional equipment they’ve purchased for their home office.
Remote First Team
We are and always will be a Remote-First team, but while remote works for most people most of the time, it’s nice to have a central place to connect in person. We have an optional office space in downtown Denver (our HQ!) for team members to use when they need a change of scenery or for those visiting Denver.
Paid Leave
TextUs encourages our team members to take care of themselves or their families during life circumstances that pull them away from their jobs by offering 12 weeks of paid leave.
Cell Phone & Internet Stipend
Each team member receives a $100 per month cell phone and internet stipend that is automatically added to their paychecks, eliminating the stress of having to reimburse each month!
